Build strength and confidence with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Movements are demonstrated and explained so you’ll always feel supported.

Personal Training
Private coaching
Suitable for all levels of fitness.
One on one training and coaching. If you would like to work on a skill or specific weight lifting technique, a private session might be for you.
