Join our classes with Head Coach Kirsty Roberts — everyone’s welcome!

Level:
Perfect for beginners or seasoned athletes — all movements can be adapted to suit you.

Structure:
Fun, functional training with weights, cardio, and gymnastics.

What You’ll Learn:
Gain strength and confidence with barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Every move is explained and demonstrated, so you’ll always feel supported.

Our goal is simple: make fitness enjoyable and accessible. Come as you are and feel comfortable from your very first class!

Functional fitness
Class of the Day
Each day has a pre-planned class repeated in every session. Everyone in class does the same workout.

Pink Daily Classes
Warm-up, strength, and full workout.

Time: 1 hour. (7am class is 45minutes max to help you get home for the school run)

When: Up to 5 classes Mon–Sat

Hot Pink Classes
Quick, sweaty lunchtime sessions for busy ladies.

Time: 40 minutes

When: Mon/Wed/Fri, 12:30–1:15pm

Teen Pink Classes
Classes specifically for High School Girls.

Time: 1 hour

Age: S1 and up.

When: Friday 4:30-5:30pm
